About Us

Centerline, Inc. was established in January 2000 by Carroll "Hook" Willingham. Hook pursued and established this safety/medical corporation after serving in the US Army in Vietnam and completing a distinguished 30-year career working on dredges, pipelines, drilling rigs and construction sites. Hook's working knowledge and experience within the construction and operations industries sets Centerline, Inc. apart from the majority of its competitors.

In addition to providing contract safety/medical personnel, Hook currently possesses Master Instructor certifications for NCCER-MTICTP and PEC Core Safe-Gulf Safe-Land training. This training is made available for our clientele upon request.

In summary, Hook's well-rounded work history, professional credentials and hands-on experience provide Centerline, Inc. detailed insight into our client's overall scope-of-work; and in many cases, an understanding of the specific safety needs that may occur during different phases of our client's project.

Mission Statement

Our mission at Centerline, Inc. is to provide our clients with skilled medical and safety professionals that function prudently in their capacity and as an integral part of each project. We recognize that our continued prosperity is contingent upon the overall success of our client’s projects and operations.

In charting our path forward, we ask that our clients integrate our contract personnel into the daily planning and scheduling of each project. It is our experience that every truly successful project was accomplished with an "all ends to the middle" approach or what we've adopted as our Centerline approach.

It is our priority to always include a "veterans preference” in our recruiting program. This preference isn't only a personal commitment by our staff of veterans and to other veterans, but an acknowledgment that these skilled and motivated individuals possess the unique ability to function extremely well under stress in remote locations.
