Our Team
Emergency Medical Team

Dr. Randy Daigle and Mrs. Wendy Hutton head our medical staff. Dr. Daigle serves as our Medical Control Officer (MCO) and writes protocol for providing proper medical care (basic and advanced) at the scene of any accident/illness and provides a comprehensive review all treatment rendered. He also serves as our liaison with out-of-state physicians and other medical professionals.

Mrs. Wendy Hutton serves as our Emergency Medical Services Director and coordinates all approved practices and procedures with Dr. Daigle. Wendy's extensive medical background includes: a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and an Associate degree in Applied Science from Augusta College, a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Science from Medical College of Georgia, an Associate degree in Applied Science at the Georgia Military College, a Nationally Registered EMT Paramedic, an American Heart Association Instructor, an Emergency Medical Instructor and previously held licensure as a Physician's Assistant in Georgia.


Safety Management/Support Team

Owner/CEO, Carroll "Hook" Willingham has an Associate Degree in civil engineering from T.H. Harris Technical Institute, and he is a Nationally Registered EMT, a certified Occupational Safety Specialist, PEC Core Certified, a SafeGulf/SafeLand Instructor and a NCCER MTICTP Instructor. All Centerline’s safety programs, procedures and training have been implemented with Hook’s direction.

Zap Daigle is the most recent addition to our Safety Support Staff. Zap has 27 years combined experience in both safety management and emergency medicine. His experience includes service in the US Navy as a Hospital Corpsman and in the LA Army National Guard as a medic - 182nd Cajun Medevac, a civilian Flight Paramedic and then transitioned to a field safety/medic on various construction projects.  

Zap's project safety experience eventually expanded to Corporate Safety Management for major projects nationwide. The sum of his experience contributed to a business roundtable "Construction Industry Safety Excellence Award" for his employer. While functioning in Corporate Safety Management, his duties also included management of personnel, general liability, maritime, longshoreman and workers compensation insurance claims.
